Returns

You can return your order to our studio upto 7 days of receipt for an exchange or full refund.  

Return postage costs to be covered by yourself.  We suggest returns are sent back recorded delivery or ask for proof of postage from Royal Mail. If returning from outside the UK we advise sending tracked.

For a full refund items must be returned unworn with security tag.  DO NOT TAKE OFF ANY LABELS OR SECURITY TAGS we cannot except returns with these cut off.

Bespoke orders are not returnable/refundable we work closely with you on these items so you receive the order we are all happy with.
